Job hunting again

I finally got up the nerve to re-read my teaching philosophy, and...hey, it's pretty awesome! I was sure (in typical pessimistic fashion) that I would want to rewrite vast sections of it, but I only had to make one change (I now have experience teaching an advanced course, which I hadn't then.) My research statement was pretty good too. (Research is still my biggest weakness; I don't have a solid research program in place, and while I do have a paper in the works, I don't get to visit "the works" very often these days. But heck, between two teaching gigs and job hunting, that's not unreasonable.)

Everything is finished; only question is whether I should wait until tomorrow before I send it, so that I can give it one last readthrough when I'm awake (and get Jen's advice), or should I send it now and get it out of my hair? Hmm, think I'll wait. Shouldn't make a big difference, as long as I promise myself to send it out by noon.
